The material your agent uses to market themselves should be professionally prepared.....your realtor becomes your marketing consultant!  You should be provided with a list of referrals and references as well as comparisons of other properties.

You may want to choose a realtor who is a member of the million dollar club, meaning they complete at least 1 sale per month.  Your chosen realtor should maintain a high level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
